Refund policy
If you are not happy with your item you can easily return it. Our returns policy is easy and hassle-free. All returns are processed within 1-2 business days. REFUNDS
A returns form will be inside your parcel. Please fill it in and send the item back to us. If you require a new returns form please email us at contact@smartclothingmenswear.com
For UK customers only, a returns label can be generated at http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/2113l. This it at a cost of £3.50. This amount will be deducted from your return.
Don't worry if you don't have a printer you can have your label printed at your local mail centre once you created the return just follow Royal Mail instructions.
For international orders please use any service you like. We are not able to refund return cost unless specified.
Return your item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.
Refunds apply to product price only, we do not refund shipping costs.
We only accept returns when the product has the original labels and tags.
All products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure safe packaging so it doesn’t get damaged on the way.
In the event of an item being returned in an unsuitable condition, we will send the item back to your original address.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We are not allowed to issue refunds to different cards/accounts.

We offer Free Returns to UK customers on first exchange only A returns label will be found inside your parcel.
We do not offer free returns on international orders.
